A certified master educator, award winning public speaker and community builder at heart, they are passionate about justice and inclusivity, with 13+ years of professional experience in Education, Non-profits, People Management and ERG Leadership

Anisha Nandi (She/Her)
Anisha Nandi is the CEO & Co-Founder of Verbate, a company dedicated to providing ERGs with the community and resources they need to thrive. Prior to founding Verbate, Anisha was an award-winning journalist at CBS and NBC News passionate about reporting on and building modern workplaces. She speaks about ERG industry trends and best practices for companies like DoorDash, Amazon, Strava, FanDuel and Yelp. As a Trinidadian and Indian woman born in England and raised in New York, Anisha loves highlighting intersectional and multifaceted identities.
Jen Fox (She/Her)
Jen Fox has spent the last 25 years working inside and outside of global organizations, listening to people, facilitating learning and leading cultural change. Creator of the Bounce Back Blueprint™, she helps individuals, teams and organizations find healthy ways to grow through setbacks.
Shatanese Reese (She/Her)
Shatanese Reese, CEO of Shatanese Reese, LLC has over 25 years human resources experience. Her career includes coaching, training, facilitation, diversity, equity, inclusion + belonging (DEIB), talent acquisition, employee relations, investigations, performance management, and employee engagement. As a certified EQ and DISC consultant, Shatanese enjoys creating space for difficult conversations and impacting culture through increasing self-awareness among teams and leaders.
Cecil Bremer (She/Her)
With over 7 years of non-profit and start up experience focusing in technology, underserved communities, and equitable practices, Cecil brings a wide-swath of knowledge and compassion to help create spaces for individuals looking to explore opportunities and live an edifying life. Cecil is passionate about community, development, and helping empower individuals with ADHD, PTSD and on the autism spectrum, as she has had to overcome those hurdles in life herself.
